Support to track and evaluate PPAP required by NPI's/ECN's changes, PPAP evaluations must be updated anytime in preparation to internal or rnal auditsSupport to generate charge backsSupport on internal/rnal calibrations, calibrations must be updated anytime in preparation to internal or rnal auditsSupport to audit suppliers on site allow ndings/observations until closureSupport to review/update procedures/formats/records to comply any audit sessionMonitoring Incoming Inspection of good receipts llFO, as well audit incoming inspection records; history, inspection sheet, MRB'sSupport on reporting MRB's to suppliers if a trend is observed / RMA requestSupport to open Supplier Corrective Actions "SCAR" to the suppliers allow up until closure (Incoming & Production lindings), maintaing all evidence on Intelex updated such as; PFMEA-PFD-CONTROL PLAN-W.I.'S-VISUAL AIDS, PROCEDURES, RMA request etc.Review in daily basis the physical inventories at INS,MRB, REJ locations to plan the returns based on high cost and/or volumes / RMA requestFeedback the suppliers in a timeshion due to problems observed at Incoming Inspection or production line returns to avoid any lost time in the production lines, if apply.Attend meetings such as; Invenotry, ECN's, production line meetings., etc.Responsible to audit physical inventory vs SAP systemAny other specific work activity that the manager determined as necessaryPerform transactions to:
receive material, block material, shipping batches, release materials.Support to Incoming inspection if requiredSupport audit session such as:
customer audits, internal audits, 5's, ESD, etc.Support on cycle countsSupport on shipments:
Batches and special requirementsFollow procedures and comply requirements Ex, Good receipts, ESD, others.Support on any othe activity required necessary to achieve department goals.Perform dimensional as requirr PPAP process.Provide timely support to manufacturing, engineering and Q.A. technicians, dimensionals, RCA "root cause analysis", teardowns.Audit the inspection sheer CTQ's and ECN's verifications according current printsAttend all mandatory meetings as:
ECN's, PPAP' roll-outs, etc if applyTo work according of the I.M.S. (Integrated Management System) including ISO 9K, 18K, 14K, 27K, and 22301
