Responsible for executing the disassembly/assembly operations of engines/sub-modules/parts, the Technician carries out his/her duties according to safety rules, quality requirements for the customers, and applicable regulations.
He/she is in charge of performing the tasks of engine maintenance according to the available instructions, in a timely manner, and respecting the task planning.
He/she ensures procedure adherence, correct handling of parts and materials, correct tool and tooling usage, appropriate time clocking of tasks on the system, and proposes improvement ideas in his area and on the overall site.

Respect safety rules and instructions at all times in his working area and inside the site. Ensure safety rules adherence in the area and alert in case of deviation.Perform disassembly/assembly processes in line with customer requirements, working documents, instructions, and regulations. Ensure adherence to instructions.Respect the product: place special care on part and assembly handling; segregate, identify and protect adequately the parts according to their requirements. Alert in case of finding any anomaly on the parts/assemblies.Perform tracing of executed tasks on supplied documents. Validate that the information is captured correctly to avoid exporting defects on the documents.Use tools and toolings correctly. Validate that the calibration date is valid prior to their use, and alert in case of deviation.Register adequately the works performed on the system, declaring the time spent on different activities in a clear and precise manner.Achieve time standards for programmed activities, and adhere to the production program.Keep the work area clean and ordered at all times.Participate in continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of improvement ideas in the working area and in the site.Job RequirementsTSU or High School diploma in physics-mathematical area, with interest in metal mechanic industry, working with tools and measuring instruments.
Elevated sense of responsibility and process and procedure compliance, ability to develop several tasks at the same time, in a noisy environment.
