Major responsibilities and tasks of the position: Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented.Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques.Developing implementation plans and schedules to apply predictive maintenance techniques at our processes.Evaluating effectiveness of predictive maintenance procedures and adjusting as necessary to increase the value of our offerings.Improving health and safety policies and procedures.Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Reliability techniques: (RCM / TPM)LOTO Training / certificationTechnical degree in Engineering2-4 years of experience in industrial maintenance area.Experience handling Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Understanding and experience of Lean Manufacturing.Spare parts and tooling management.Root cause analysis experience.Understanding of TPM methodology (preferred).Problem Solving.Technical Learning.Managing Time.Written communications.Demonstrating Initiative.Ethics & Values.Communicating Effectively.Role Purpose: Performs technical duties and activities within prescribed time frames.
