You are responsible to perform site support duties by following standard procedures such as installing, identifying, and repairing hardware, peripherals, and networks, preventing and resolving issues that users may have, and making sure of accurate tech operation.How you'll help us connect the world!This isn't a role where you sit at a desk, our technicians perform activities related to the setup or technical support of employee computers, servers, and peripherals that advance more sophisticated problems to the next-tier technical support team or outside vendors. We work with employees in a variety of settings which may include providing support and orientation to the users. To provide on-site, remote, and phone IT Support. Inventory and installation of software and hardware, keeping hardware in efficient conditions. Maintenance and repair of hardware and peripherals. Related activities to CommScope audits. Security and integrity of IT information.You will help to setup and install diagnose and troubleshoot new hardware and software; deploy OS images to multiple computers; setup, troubleshoot andconfigure new printers (Barcode & Label printers); provide support for computer, printers and mobile devices.Take ownership of reported customer issues, finding a solution, even if it means putting in extra effort to research for a resolution.
