Technician - Maintenance

Ensure the safety of all employees; lead a comprehensive safety program to prevent injuries. Comply with all federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations (EPA, OSHA, etc.).
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, installations and systems in the company. His/her objective is to ensure that all systems and machinery operate efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Perform regular and scheduled inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Identify and correct mechanical, electrical or plumbing faults or problems.
- Replace defective parts and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimum equipment performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
- Perform emergency and urgent repairs as needed to minimize impact on operations.
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance and resolve problems.
- Provide technical advice and support to other staff members as needed.
