**Summary**:- Design, development and execution of new products.- Ensuring correct scaling at the laboratory, pilot and industrial process levels.**Responsibilities**:- Design and elaboration of industrialized prototypes, under commercial and technological requirements established by the clients.- Preparation of supplies for presentations- Industrialization of culinary recipes- Preparation of technical support and reports of developments and tests and manufacturing procedures.- Physical-chemical analysis of the prototypes.- Analysis of raw materials.- Ensure the quality and safety of products at the laboratory and pilot level.- Operation and basic maintenance of pilot plant equipment- Provide the necessary information to the finance area for the cost of the product.- Provide necessary information to the quality area for the preparation of specifications, HACCP analysis and quality systems with audits.- Management of retention samples- Prototype shipping management- Order and cleanliness of development areas- Being part of the Internal Sensory Panel**Knowledge & experience**:- Education: Bachelor's degree or Food Engineering, or related careers.- Knowledge: Laboratory and pilot plant equipment- Analysis and resolution of problems, sense of urgency.7) Work Environment Describe the working conditions related to the job including physical requirements, equipment used, time constraints, public contact, etc.- Office and plant environmentEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYGriffith Foods believes that all persons are entitled to equal employment opportunity.
