Manufacturing operations reside in Hendersonville, NC, Pittsburgh, PA, Plympton, MA, Christiansburg, VA, Acuna, MX and Tijuana, MX.**Job Description**:**RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY**:Electronic Test Parameter Setup and ValidationWiring Diagram Creation.Wiring Diagram Setup in Manufacture lines.Product labeling standardization and manufacturing lines set up.Component standardization usage between product families.Support on Metal / Plastic drawing creation or updates.Administration and control of local product engineering Changed/TCO or New launch.Components catalog creation, documentation, and actualization by quarter. (Hardware, Wire Jumpers, Cardboard Boxes, Labels, Electronic devices, etc.).Importation / Exportation custom setup on components, tooling, or finish good according to the needs.Support the Project Engineer during the NPI, TCO, TOW, or Product improvements.Support to Project Engineer and Design team with sample shipments or component tracking for Plant projects.Support on SAP component creation, update, or follow-up, according to the product family needs.Support in any other future activity critical for the business.BOM and VC updates**FUNCTION AND ACTIVITIES**:Electrical and Electronic Analysis and ValidationsMicrosoft office documentation on product development and maintenance.Product drawing creation and interpretation.SolidWorks Component and Assembly drawings creation.SolidWorks Simulation on Component and Assembly drawings.Participate in continuous improvement plant events and EHS actions.Share best practices between coworkers in plant and design teams outside the plant.Take the lead on component standardization usage and propose initiatives for implementation or improvements**INTERRELASHONSHIP (Internal/External)**:Internal; all departments in the plant.External; Design team, Sourcing team, Product Management.**Qualifications**:**WORK EXPERIENCE**:1-3 years working on manufacture environment.Experience working with multifunctional teams.Experience leading working teams
