We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Mobile Implementation Manager**
- Principal Accountabilities:_
- Manage all developer accounts (used for developing and publishing apps) with Google, Apple and other mobile stores
- Managed relationships with Google, Apple, Risk IQ
- Automation consultancy and scripting work for app uploads direct to vendors
- Release and maintain apps in the app stores and TestFlight/Google Play Beta, ensuring releases are delivered on time
- Provide production support, including out of hours' support
- Help triage production incidents from customer app store reviews and app crashes
Requirements
- Advance knowledge of Agile methodology, having worked for 5+ years in an Agile environment and have a Safe qualification - Leading / Implementing Safe
- 5+ previous years' experience in mobile release management/ project management
- Skills:_
- Outstanding Technology leader who is passionate about driving the business agenda
- Track record of being able to manage a large number of releases concurrently
- Commercially aware and understands digital platforms, services and underlying processes to fulfil
- Culturally sensitive and understanding of global and local customer needs
- Flexibility with working hours supporting global markets
- Strong ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximizing the cost effectiveness and profitability for the business
