We play a key role in new capacity projects when building our High Bay Warehouses and when continue to automate and digitalize our factories operations.

MD&I is a global Engineering and Project organization supporting our factories with capacity expansion.
The Technology Specialists and Project managers have a hands-on approach towards continuously improve the technologies to enable our internal customers to succeed with their manufacturing objectives.
In your role you will be working within one or more strategic important Logistics technologies, creates partnerships with collaborators and suppliers and here by drive the defined global agenda for the technologies, by either taking the role as global platform owner or technical lead.

Core Responsibilities
- Drive and participate, in the technology platform groups within Logistic equipment & systems, to be able to solve issues and implement solutions together with continuous improvement initiatives in the most productive and efficient way
- Drive development and Innovation in specific technology platforms and drive activities and smaller projects and participate in larger projects
- Bringing the expertise into business context, and actively uses functional expertise and End2End and customer understanding when leading and setting a direction
- Actively uses innovation to create results such as improve machines, equipment, automatization and logistic processes
- Ensure coherence and collaboration across technology platforms within MDI and within Engineering and machine safety - Building relationships to all key partners and suppliers
- Global go-to person with deep functional expertise and day to day support
- Identify risk and opportunities in functional areas and in general and translates objectives into clearly defined short-term team results
- Ensure Technical specifications and documentation of Technology platforms
Do you have what it takes?
- 3 to 5 years' experience working in similar position, with strong engineering approach.
Engineering degree or Master as a plus
- Practical experience within supply chain management
- 3 to 5 years' experience in automation and logistics systems is a must
- Proven technical understanding of machines.
Knowledge of working with logistics technology of fully automated warehouse, conveyors, etc
- Ability to define and implement global and local plans, with good partner management and ability to negotiate and look for improvements and solutions.
- Language: Advanced English.
Superb communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting complex ideas
