No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.The OpportunityThis role is responsible for executing the end-to-end internal and external recruitment process for Tech open positions aligned with local requirements while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed.Your ImpactAs Technology Talent Acquisition Business Partner, your responsibilities would consist of:Facilitation of Hiring Manager Intake Meeting to align the process, SLAs, and profile requirements.Job Description review and requisition posting on ATS and job boards.Ensure timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring team.Screen, assess, and evaluate external candidates with face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies and present qualified candidate slate (3 – 5) to hiring team.Ensure slate diversity representation requirements.Collect post-interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed.Create the OLDF (Offer Letter Detailed Form) and send it to the MBS team to generate the offer letter.Obtain TR and HR approvals if needed.Extend verbal offer and lead negotiation with candidate if needed.Send feedback communication to non-selected candidates.Ensure service delivery and KPIs fulfillment such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores (HMSS), and system accuracy, among others.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partner, MBS, and HBS teams to foster partnerships that yield consistent ongoing communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes to build TA function credibility.Active participation in Talent Acquisition Projects.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Bachelor's Degree.Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Fluent English oral and written communication skills.Experience recruiting IT and/or Technology profiles.Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up, and organizational skills.Experience using Applicant Tracking System (i.E., iCIMs or other) preferred
