**Job Summary**:Working with members of the Altair legal department and reporting to a senior level attorney, the applicant will be responsible for:- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements to acquire or commercialize intellectual property, technology, products, and services, including in bound/OEM and out-bound strategic license agreements, development agreements and other agreements that provide third-party components for product development and commercial distribution- Working closely with the relevant business teams through product development and sales cycles- Reviewing and assessing open-source licenses- Evaluate intellectual property and related agreements to support M&A due diligence review and strategic alliance activities**What You Will Need**:- J.D.
