Performs calibration procedures correctly by using the applicable calibration standards appropriately.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Calibrates, maintains and safeguards inspection, measuring, test equipment (IM&TE) and software according to guidelines and procedures.- Participates in the development and maintenance of written calibration procedures.- Maintains calibration records for IM&TE.- Development and maintenance of written calibration procedures (for senior)- Generates NCR's according to local procedures. (for senior)- Ensure all disposition and changes to IM&TE's are made following procedures. (for senior)- Responsible for adequate training to Technicians according to Symmetry System (for senior)- Compliance with company safety policies, procedures and other safety precautions within the work area.- Ensures that the controlled environmental monitoring is complete and on schedule.- Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EHS) responsibilities- Follow J&J and Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Records Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records and third-party vendor if applicable
