**We are searching for the best talent for SENIOR CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN to be in Juarez.
****Purpose**:Performs calibration to basic dimensional equipment, as well as with pressure measuring instruments, temperature, scales, timers and tachometers with a moderate degree of difficulty.
Fills calibration service reports and enters the obtained information in the system.
The activities of this position require de direct supervision of the Senior Calibration Technician.
**You will be responsible for**:Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:**Techniques**:- Performs calibrations to dimensional equipment using equipment such as optical comparator, vision system and/or pattern blocks.- Performs calibration to equipment which indicates pressure and temperature with a moderate degree of difficulty and by using the Standards, thermocouples and connectors indicated by the Senior Calibration Technician.- Calibrates scales, timers and tachometers by using the standards indicated by the Senior Calibration Technician.
**Documentation**:- Records the readings obtained in the measuring on the calibration certificates.- Follows the calibration procedures to perform his/her tasks.- Enters the information of the calibration certificates in the system (PILGRIM).- Labels and identifies the equipment in which he/she performs calibration.- Follows the Good Manufacturing Practices procedures (GMPs).- Applies the regulations stated by the metrology international standards such as ISO 17025, Guide 25, ANSI and others.
**Organization**:- Maintains his/her place of work clean and organized.- Can provide technical assistance and guidance to lower level technicians
