.**_PRIMARY FUNCTION:_**Review, elaborate and follow up of purchase orders for outside special processes and indirect purchases when required. Supports the site's requirements by expediting orders with suppliers in Mexico and in the US, by keeping MRP updated and by sharing updates with stakeholders on a timely manner.**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: _**- Review Outside Special Process log twice a day and elaborate purchase orders to be sent out to suppliers.- Elaborate requisitions for expedite requests when required.- Support engineering, operations, accounting and quality on projects or problem resolution- Elaborate and follow up on shipment and returns from suppliers in Mexico and US.- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in the Purchasing Function.**Qualifications**:**_ SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:_**- 0 to 1 year of experience- High School or Higher or equivalent or close to complete Bachelor's degree.- Good communication skills- Computer skills required (Desirable: Excel, Outlook).- Lean and Six Sigma Knowledge is a plus- English: To read and understand written information.Horario: Full Time (6:00 am - 3:36 am de Lunes a Viernes).
