We are looking for a talented BUILDING TECHNICIAN LEVEL III to join our specialized FACILITIES team for our CUMMINS company in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** Maintenance and Safety:
- Maintain and promote safe work practices, assessing risks and adjusting procedures to comply with safety regulations.
- Implement and follow preventive maintenance programs according to manufacturer's recommendations, as well as the connection and disconnection of services for production equipment, layout movements.
- Diagnosis and Repair:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and components using specialized testing equipment.
- Perform electrical repairs and assist in the training of apprentices and other technicians.
- Coordination and Management:
- Use software to manage and prioritize maintenance tasks, including reactive, preventive, and predictive building maintenance.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance programs and continuous improvement projects and facilities.
- Lead electrical projects, participate in planning and execution of upgrades and audits.
- Coordinate with vendors for building maintenance and perform electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic installations as required.
**Qualifications**
- Ability to work rotating shifts and excellent punctuality and attendance record.
- Excellent punctuality and attendance record for the last 12 months (No warnings or suspensions).
- Knowledge in the use of safety equipment such as Arcflash, forklift operation, lifting platforms, cranes and hoists.
- Experience in the use of Office and maintenance software such as MAXIMO and basic Autocad are valued.
- Knowledge of compressor equipment.
- Knowledge of LOTO, work at height, electrical safety.

**Education, Licenses, Certifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent certification, preferably with technical background in electrical, refrigeration or electronics.
**Experience**:
Minimum of 5 years in building maintenance, with proven experience in industrial electrical installations, electrical control, refrigeration, and pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
