Técnico De Labor (Rbe Xxi)

**Job Summary**We are looking for an **Labor Estimation & Quotes Technician. **. The vacancy is to be positioned in Juarez, RBEXXI.**Your Role**Administration and control of labor points for quotations (Flow 3) and routines for manufacturing plants in Mexico for the harness division (Flow 4).Estimate labor for new business quotations.Cost labor for Engineering Changes (ECM & CRs).Prepare reports for new part numbers and/or engineering changes related to labor points.Validate time studies and make manual adjustments when required.Coordination of meetings and participation with methods engineer to identify new process feasibility along with process variation and required capacities for its implementation.Plan and execute follow up meetings to identify risks of project related to accomplish implementation timing along with program managers and manufacturing engineers.**Your Background**:High level of English proficiency is a must (90% or higher).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering. (preferred)1 year of experience in assembly processes & Software Development (preferred)Experience with manufacturing documentation development PFMEA, PFD, GANT, VSM, MSD.Develop and maintain project timelines for internal and customer usage.Work with multiple departments to coordinate business projects.**Nice to haves (preferred qualifications)**Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering.Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently.Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
