Técnico de Laboratorio de Calidad**Ubicación**:Gestamp San Luis Potosí, MX, Gestamp Sa**Fecha**:18 may. 2024Técnico de Laboratorio de CAlidad**QUALITY LABORATORY TECHNICIAN****Role Summary**Verification of parts according to the control guideline and its characteristics.**Key Responsibilities**- Verification of parts according to the control guideline and its characteristics.- Correctly use personal protective equipment for each activity you perform.- Necessary adjustments and verification of parameters for machine productivity along with good part quality.- Know and use SAP to create notifications for different maintenance.- TPM Auto maintenance and installation check list.- Carry out machine preparations with documentation and supplies at the machine.- Correctly operate the E-Coat system with TTX equipment- Check the raw material that enters the line, checking for possible bumps or dirt, marks, rust or defects that affect the painting process.- Check the proper placement of the raw material racks on the line using the forklift drivers.- In addition, you must assume responsibility for the production assigned to the line and the care of the measuring instruments on the line.- Daily measurement of phosphate deposit and crystal size.- Take care of resources in the process and avoid waste to be competitive in cost.- Self-control of one's own emotions and conflict and stress reactions.- Be able to efficiently communicate your concerns to the process.- Carry out chemical control of all stages of the process according to document R-260-PR/R-251-PR- Be aware of the line to avoid stoppages that affect the quality of the parts in process.
