**Descripción y Requisitos**

**Role DeEscrituraion**:

- Materials planning technician is responsible of materials procurement and inventory management using MRP system to satisfy Customer demand and production plan.
**Essential Functions**:

- Procure materials to the plant placing purchase orders to suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels and transactions.
- Critical shortage daily review
- Communicate forecast and projections to suppliers
- Evaluate logistics routes for incoming materials
- Work with production planning to secure materials to cover production schedule
- Coordinate imports to plant
- Clear AP discrepancies on supplier invoices
- Support NPI procurement
- Monitor Freight charges and PPV account
- E&O Inventory control
- KPI monitoring

**Experience and Skills**:

- Engineering, Logistics or similar Bachelor Degree
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- 2 years in a similar position (Supply Chain)
- +1 year experience in automotive industry
- Experienced on ERP systems (Plex preferred)
- Knowledge of JIT and Pull-in/out systems
- IATF Knowledge (not mandatory)
