Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Typically requires of related experience.- Knowledge / Skills / Abilities- As a highly skilled specialist, contributes to the development of concepts and techniques. Completes complex tasks in creative and effective ways.- Scope / Impact- May direct other employees; in some sites, functions as a working supervisor with large scope of responsibility. Assists in developing goals/targets of line or department Moderate impact.- Decision Making / Discretion- Determines quality/testing methods/ procedures on new assignments. Decisions may affect department/ function.- Supervision / Leadership- Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Often leads or supervises the activities of other nonexempt personnel.- Work Environment:- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work that requires repetitive motion.
