As a Production Technician, you will manage resources according to norms and regulations to achieve plan production every day.You will report to Production Manager.
**Main Responsibilities**- Coordinate task of every production phase to guarantee production.- Supervise compliance to EHS norms, standards, and internal procedures.- Analize production's indicators to take the best decision- Assurance resources to the teams to fulfill its activities- Negotiate with internal areas to maintain good work relationships- Coordinate and evaluate people training to get profile certifications**Qualifications**- 1 year of experience in similar roles- Industrial Engineering in manufacturing processes- Knowledge in Lean manufacturing tools, operative excellence.- Basic English- Intermediate level Excel (can perform complex functions)- Availability to shift rolesYou will work onsite #LI-OnsiteYou will have great benefits: Life insurance, Holidays, Career plan.
