.As a **PROJECT TECHNICIAN** you will be responsible to collaborate actively and responsibly with the project engineer in carrying out and supervising activities to develop the progress of important production plans!
**Key Responsibilities**- Run the samples and activities from the production line for assembling and validation.- Guarantee that the quality standards requested by the client and the company (painting, performance, design / drawing) are covered.- Fulfill customer packaging requests.- Perform risk analysis, making sure that the process parameters are adequate.- Record in documents the data of the line that is being carried out to verify that it meets the requirements (type of paint, temperature, thickness, brightness, etc.
).- Request the process sheets with information such as: drawing data, part number, parameters, weight, total number of pieces in bar, etc.- Ensure adequate document management for part approval reports (PPAP), inspection, GRR studies, process capacity and validation, PSW, etc.
**Qualifications**- Quality control technician, or graduated engineer.- Minimal experience in quality control and painting processes.- Knowledge about industrial processes.- Proven experience in operational work in plant.
