We are looking for an HR Technician, this position provide services to operational personnel, monitoring of the work environment, monitoring of disciplines, compliance with internal work regulations, preparation of statistics on absenteeism and employee turnover. This vacancy is in Linares Nuevo León and will be reported to the Human Resources manager.**Your Role**- Monitoring of the work environment- Monitoring of absenteeism and turnover- Generation of absenteeism and turnover graphs- Follow-up to disciplines- Participation in best practices, entrances and exits of personnel, yellow folders, etc.)- Follow-up to modules and program of Events and Recognitions- Feedback to personnel with areas of opportunity.- Interview employees with absenteeism and delays to reduce trends.**Your Background**- Experience with personnel management- Handling large groups- Degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration and Labor Relations.- Communication- Teamwork- Management of basic computer packages- Ability to organize, prioritize and carry out multiple conflicting tasks effectively, make intelligent and timely decisions and solve problems independently.- Service attitude.Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
