**What you'll do**:**Job summary**This position supports environmental, health, safety, and security efforts at the site. Individual is accountable for: supporting EHS activities at his/her location(s), including: maintaining EHS systems and processes such as monitoring and measurement systems, follow up of EHS action items closure, supporting EHS training, leads/supports incident investigations, and supports site internal assessment activities.**Job responsibilities**A. Helps in MESH implementation (Management System of Environmental, Safety, Security and Health) and ISO 14001.B. Supports risk assessment at the location to identify critical EHS hazards and aspects.C. Supports tracking of appropriate leading and lagging indicators to track EHS performance.D. Supports MESH element champions and facilitate their engagement in ownership of the MESH elements.E. Supports and promotes zero incident EHS culture throughout site.F. Supports efforts for third party recognition for programs that establish the site and Eaton's EHS program as world class.G. Supports efforts to ensure and track that all key EHS operational controls are in place (checklists, periodic area revisions, EHS daily routines, etc.)H. Supports document creation and implementationI. Supports the different EHS related activities in the site (drills, MESH Week, Trainings, campaigns, etc.)LI-EM**Qualifications**:- Either Engineering, High school or technical career- One year expirience in Environment, Health and Safety fields is desired- Desirable training on Safety topics, Industrial Hygiene, Hazardous Materials and Emergency Response.- Learning, efficiency and transparency
