Job Requisition ID: R0017484This sales technical assistant will have the responsibility to cover the assigned territory with the support of the technicians regarding trade issues and training in order management.Must meet with KA customers or large customers who have or require defined contracts or SLA agreements and goals to be achieved.Responsibilities include:Monitoring processes, route inspections, maintenance, small plants, and producing follow-up reports, events, and action plans.Maintaining contact with all client levels to ensure that all work performed is disclosed to the client and proven compliance with the SLA.Reporting to the TCS Coordinator, with all reports sent to the Sales Account Manager, sales representative of the Region (if applicable), and KA Manager.Conducting monthly meetings with the Region of Sales Rep to align the priorities for the upcoming months.Ensuring best practices and processes at TCS level in the field and ensuring the quality of installation.Defining and carrying out the agreed service protocols according to quality standards.Responding to service requirements in a timely manner.Time left to apply: End Date: November 29, 2024 (24 days left to apply)#J-18808-Ljbffr
