Must meet with some KA customers or large customers who have / or require defined contract or SLA agreement and goals to be achieved.Should have customers assigned, so this individual can run a different commercial technical work of monitoring the processes, route inspections, maintenance, small plants and producing follow-up reports, events and action plan.Should have contact with all client levels to ensure that all work performed is disclosed to the client and proven compliance with the SLA.Should report to the TCS Coordinator, but all reports should be sent to the Sales Account Manager, sales representative of the Region (if is applicable) and KA Manager, must have a monthly meeting with the Region of Sales Rep to align the priorities of the next months.This sales technical assistant will have the responsibility to cover the territory assigned with the support of the on Technicians trade issues and training in order management.Ensuring best practices and processes at TCS level on the field.
