Los Cabos has long been a favorite destination for luxury travelers and is a natural fit for Four Seasons as we expand our presence in Mexico.About the role of Electromechanical Technician:The candidate will execute and carry out, in a professional, efficient, and friendly manner, the actions and procedures indicated by their supervisor, for the maintenance of the equipment (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) that integrates the hotel's operational structure, achieving the daily, weekly, and monthly objectives of the department.What will you do in this position?Analyze the progress of preventive maintenance programs, provide feedback on current actions, and suggest improvements to meet established goals.Maintain and periodically review, together with their supervisor and the storekeeper, materials and equipment for contingencies, ensuring they are in optimal condition and maintaining the stock levels always available.Participate in and ensure the success of the Perfect Room Program, to always guarantee the best product in the market to offer our guests high-quality experiences.What will be necessary for this role?High school education or equivalent experience.Experience of more than 3 years working in the operational maintenance area (kitchen, a/c).Experience in electricity in hotel maintenance.Experience in motors for addressing potable water pump systems.
