**Descripción y Requisitos**
- Developing and updating JDS and SWCTs for each product.
- Support tasks like ergonomic studies (RULA, REBA, NIOSH, RODGERS), labor calculations, packaging definitions, fixtures and tools necessary for manufacturing.
- Works directly with manufacturing Supervisors in a team environment for Problem Solving and support of new processes.
- Implementation & promotion the, 5S discipline, Poka Yokes, KAIZEN, KANBAN, TPM, DFP, OEE, PDCA, DMAIC, SMED and other initiatives, to continuously improve upon our own records
- Saving Projects participation
- Plant Layout analysis arrangement
- Support for flow optimization in manufacturing, RAW/WIP and FG
- In source labor projects implementation and analysis
- STOP Audits and support to close open activities regards Safety
- Follow the requirements of ISO 9001 and 14001 that are applicable to activities and responsibilities that have to realize.
- Knowledge and understanding of the objectives of the company, which must follow and promote (safety, quality, cost, people and delivery).
- AUTOCAD 2D 3DKNOWLEDGE
