Provide service related to SPC for the different areas.I.

Technician Level or related fields required.A.
Thorough knowledge of statistics & statistical process control, including gauge repeatability & reproducibility studiesC.
Computer literacy, including spreadsheets, statistical programs, database maintenance & CADD.
Thorough knowledge of geometric dimensioning & tolerance (GD&T) principlesE.
Proficiency in problem solving & quality techniques including:- SPC- PFMEA- PPAP- 8-D problem solving- APQP- MSA- Capability AnalysisF.
2 years experience in similar area.G.
Knowledge about IATF 16949/ISO 9001 standard and EQMSH.
Knowledge related quality system documentation.I.
Knowledge in dimensioning equipment.J.
Knowledge softwareK.
Knowledge in calibrate and dimensioning equipments**Skills**:A. Analytical / Statistical Tools & Methods.
Knows the basic concepts of problem solving and analytical / statistical techniques, including 8D; Six Sigma; problemdefinition; basic data collection.Has the ability to perform basic analysis and reporting of inspection and test records.C.
