JLL, empresa líder mundial en el sector inmobiliario, busca por crecimiento para su División de Servicios de Ingeniería Técnico de Mantenimiento HVAC.
**Actividades**:
- Ejecución del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de Sistemas de A/A, refrigeración, revisión de parámetros de operación como; Tensiones de alimentación, consumo de corriente eléctrica por fase o sistema general, según configuración del equipo, cambio de válvulas, bandas, poleas, Rodamientos de distintas características, cambio de filtros de UMAS, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de VAVS, calibración de apertura y cierre de compuertas VAV y VMA.
- Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a sistemas de inyección y extracción de aire, de distintas capacidades.
- Registrar todas y cada una de las operaciones asignadas, en la plataforma de administración de Mantto, bitácoras o formato indicado de Mantenimiento.
- Realizar derivaciones de salidas de aire acondicionado nuevas mediante espiro ductos (Ducto gusano) hasta área de requerimiento, correcciones en derivaciones ya existentes.
- Zona de Trabajo: León: Ciudades del Bajío (Distintas sucursales)
- Requisitos:
- Habilidades y conocimientos avanzados en sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos y manejo de cargas de aire.
- Conocimientos avanzados de manejo y operación de instrumentos de medición de parámetros eléctricos (Multímetro), temperatura y humedad relativa
- Tres años de experiência previa comprobable.
- Disponibilidad para viajar INDISPENSABLE
- Saber manejar estándar (en carreteras)
