JOB SUMMARYResponsible for planning CNC tooling working hours. Maintain the workforce 5S. Handle exceptions and urgent cases, providing feedback. Ensure compliance with company regulations and policies, ensuring all processes adhere to equipment instruction standards.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOn a daily basis, be responsible for arranging workload for CNC machine processing via the MPMS system monitor.Validate examination data and tooling parts production via CAM programming.Audit CNC machinery maintenance status based on maintenance records.Assist the supervisor in developing long-term solutions for exception handling and quality control.Support the supervisor in improving team productivity.Ensure improvements in exception handling.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSFamiliar with operating and maintaining CNC milling machines and EROWA jigs.Knowledgeable about tool structure and drawings.Familiar with CNC manufacturing processes.Able to handle emergencies and arrange daily work effectively.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSCollege degree or above.6 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
