Técnico Tooling Cnc

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for planning CNC tooling working hours. Maintain the workforce 5S. Handle exceptions & urgent cases and provide feedback. Ensure compliance with company regulations and policies, and ensure all processes comply with the equipment instruction standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES On a daily basis, be responsible for arranging workload for CNC machine processing via MPMS system monitoring.Validate examination data and tooling parts production via CAM programming.Audit CNC machinery maintenance status based on maintenance records.Assist the supervisor in developing long-term solutions for exception and quality control.Assist the supervisor in improving team productivity.Ensure improvements in exception management.May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Familiar with operating and maintaining CNC milling machines and EROWA jigs.Familiar with tool structure and drawings.Familiar with the CNC manufacturing process.Ability to deal with emergencies and arrange daily work. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS College degree or above.6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
