Nokia's Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.The team you will be a part ofWhat you will learn and contribute to- The RDC Project Manager is responsible for the whole execution of assigned projects on the Network Infrastructure Business Group at Nokia.
Activities are based on Project Management methodology, Nokia processes, and Nokia tools.
As such, they ensure that all customer projects and maintenance contracts are delivered according to contractual obligations within forecasted costs, time, and required quality.Are you passionate about solving problems?As part of our team, you will:Your skills and experienceYou have:- Proven experience deploying complex, multi-product, and multi-regional telecom projects in Optical networks, IP Networking and Fixed/Fixed-Wireless Access Networks.- Project Manager with proven experience in Project Management methodology to develop and execute complete Project Plans with the ability to anticipate, among others, risks, scope changes, costs, resource constraints and schedule conflicts.- Telecom industry related experience is required.
She/he must have (around) 7 years of experience managing projects as a PM responsible.- Good communication skill in English Language to manage stakeholders abroad is a must.
Ability of managing the customer relationship during project delivery and being as the primary point of contact towards the customer.- Skills to prepare an effective and proactive communications plan for all relevant project information as well as oral/written communications skills and presentation abilities.It would be nice if you also had:- PMI PMP Certification.- Knowledge of PMs daily tools- ex.
Microsoft Project, Presentation builders, MS Office tools.- Resident in the Mexican Republic.
Desirable to be resident of CDMX and/or CDMX Metropolitan Area.- Ability to build relationships and to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a changing environment
