They are continuously looking for potential merchants in the relevant product domains, presenting BRS value propositions, and convincing them on the commercial conditions. They can be assigned according to different dimensions such as geography (zone), segment, size of merchants.Manages new merchant affiliation activity in the assigned region/segment by prospecting retail stores using various direct methods such as calling and face-to-face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.Monitors retail trends in the assigned region/segment, identifying new retail stores/new companies, and approaching selected potentials promptly to gain first movers' advantage.Responds promptly to inbound affiliation requests, with an objective assessment of the merchants' conditions.Executes the commercial policy for acquiring new merchants, negotiating the right level of commissions.Secures the essential depth of web of influence within the prospective merchant organization when required.Prepares an annual affiliation plan from type, size, and geography perspectives indicating commercial targets (rates, fees, commissions) attached.Promotes all BRS value propositions to prospective merchants with the objective of selling additional services while acquisition.Monitors competition affiliation activity in the assigned portfolio, filters systematic movements, and provides structured feedback to marketing teams.Executes rapid ad-hoc affiliation projects as per major client requests in a timely and organized manner.Ensures visibility of Sodexo brand/signage on merchant premises.Maintains a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.Drafts and delivers proposals that meet the clients' expectations and are in line with the Sodexo BRS local policies
