We are seeking talent individuals with the the thrive to succeed.
This position offers tons of growth and HIGH commissions.
We are currently hiring for two campaigns.
The second campaign is solar energy.
This campaign focuses on helping homeowners save money and reduce their electric bill.
During this campaign you role is to call prospects and offer them a free energy analysis of their home.
Your goal is to set up and appointment with them using our qualification.
If the appointment is set and they are home, you get commission.
If we close the deal, you get double commission!
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 year's experience in Cold-Calling
- Internet Connection & Headset
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service focused
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a production-driven environment
- Be a team player
- Computer/Technology savvy

Duties
- Cold calling potential clients calls per day
- Build relationships with homeowners
- Maintains sales contact, pipeline, and other pertinent sales activity reports
- Adds value by working on lead management
- Provide ongoing service and support to our clients
