**Working Hours**:Tuesday-Thursday: Answer calls between 1pm and 9pmSat/Sun: Answer calls between 9am - 5pm**Responsibilities and Duties**:As telephone answering representative, you will be responsible for:- You will be working from home answering phone calls during hours given and will report to director of operations.- Answering any incoming call in a friendly, professional and timely manner- Depending on the nature of the call, search the client in the database and perform the task requested such as: registering for a course, dropping from a course, making payment, issuing refund, switching class, changing/updating contact, registering for makeup class...Etc.- Take adequate notes and update related documents with requested and completed work- Secondary School- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written. With a strong command of the English Language- Posses good working knowledge of computer software's.
