We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Representative to join our friendly team at Queretaro, Mexico in Ria Headquarters. In this role, you will provide information to our customers about their transactions and resolve general queries they may have.
- Support and provide superior service via telephone
- Use listening skills and telephone etiquette that support
- Taking phone transactions of money transfers, bill payments, and telephone top-ups and offering adequate information
- Use an effective approach to handle telephone tasks about
- Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
- Effectively deal with job stress and upset customers' situations
- The professional manner in answering the telephone
- Excellent language skills in both Spanish/ English
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic computer research skills
- Practice managing difficult calls in some situations with upset customers
