This position will report to the Contracts & Payables Manager in Mexico Capability Center.
The role will be responsible for providing leadership and tactical execution of the Contracts & Payables operations.
Key partnerships with field operations, sales, and HQ teams are critical to ensure high levels of service, timely execution, and effective follow-up.
The nature of the work is proactive, and the leader must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly.
The supervisor will oversee representatives focused on accounts payable, vendor maintenance, contract compliance, and associated reporting.
The leader of this team will also be responsible for creating operational efficiencies, executing change plans, and ensuring the excellent development of the Contracts & Payables team representatives
