Temporary Business Administrator

We're looking for individuals who share our passion for innovation, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability.Provides administrative support to the Partner Program AVI process.Activities:Participates in scheduled training sessions with the local and WHQ team.Processes incentive requests, ensures that they are properly reviewed, calculated and approved.Follows processes and procedures to ensure that incentive requests are properly reviewed, calculated and approved in a timely manner.Reviews and validates purchase information using Excel spreadsheets.Assists Partners, account managers and other team members with incentive related questions or concerns.Tracks progress of incentive records from start to finish for individualized accounts.Maintains communication and follows up with Prysmian contact for approvals.Requirements:Strong attention to detail.Advanced written and verbal communication skills.Advanced English proficiency.Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Excel.Basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word).Previous experience in customer service is a plus.Availability of schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 am to 04:00 pm.Education and Experience:Required Degree: High school with 2 years of experience working in a similar field, or bachelor's degree unfinished or in course.Work Shift:Day (Mexico - Jalisco)#J-18808-Ljbffr
