Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring financial accuracy? Come join the Supply Chain team as a Temporary Expense Recognition Analyst. You'll be responsible for tracking overdue purchase orders and scheduling follow-up sessions with users to address delays and recognizing expenses. This role is located in Queretaro and offers flexible work models.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing
**Overdue Purchase Order Management**: Responsible for tracking and following up on overdue purchase orders, ensuring timely resolution by coordinating with relevant users to identify and address delays.
**Expense Recognition**: Ensure all expenses are recognized accurately and on time, verifying that goods or services paid for have been received in accordance with records and invoices.
**Expense Verification**: Analyze and verify company expenses, ensuring they are correctly classified and recorded in line with accounting and fiscal regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
**Performance Reporting**: You'll be responsible for generating reports to track and improve monthly KPIs, focusing on trends such as percentage of purchase orders without goods receipts (GR), delivery date changes, top offenders by area/country, and average GR processing times.
We're Looking for Someone With
Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or Business-related field.
1 year of similar experience.
Preferred experience using SAP.
Strong analytical and communication skills and be detail oriented.
Proactivity.
