Inventory of files for 5 years to date (active and inactive) as established by law. Ensure all legal and corporative required documentation is kept in each of them, with the corresponding employees. File pending documents in each employee file. Update WD system with the missing information and support employees to accomplish them Preparation of contracts and missing formats in every one of the files. Assist in the Development of Local Process Mapping Support HR Area with daily activities**Responsibilities & Requirements**:- Responsible for all labor documentation processing in line with local labor requirements, involving outsourcing support.- Knowledge of HR policies and practices, labor requirements, and labor law.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives, exercising sound judgment and flexibility.- Strong Interpersonal skills: ability to work cross functionally in a matrix organization.- Contribute to a "people first" culture and inspire leaders to operate with an enterprise mindset.- Uphold uncompromising safety and quality expectations.- Enhance the HR brand within Flowserve with top quality work products and solutions that drive business results.- Other duties as assigned.**Preferred Experience / Skills**:- Ability to leverage HR data- Excel Intermediate Proficiency- Experience in working with manufacturing, engineering, or sales teams and union environment.- Experience in Workday.- HS Diploma / GED and 3-5 years of relevant experience**Req ID** : R-4671**Job Family Group** : Other**Job Family** : OT Temporary EmployeesEOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
