**Job Summary**- Receive, weigh, and supply experimental materials to different areas of the Pilot Plant for new product development and consumer tests.- Coordinate the reception of raw and packaging materials from the Mission Hills plant and external suppliers to the Pilot Plant.- Coordinate and dispatch materials between the Mission Hills Pilot Plant and CP Antara warehouses, ensuring movements are reflected in the system.
**Principal Duties and Responsibilities**- Control and dispose of materials according to their quality and safety classification.- Release materials using FTIR, COA, and other specified methods.- Support the implementation of SAP inventory management systems.- Perform assigned Wall-to-Wall inventory functions.- Follow up on findings by EHS, Quality, and other groups.- Implement FP&R, 5S, and visual control in the plant.- Maintain inventory accuracy in the system.- Actively participate in margin improvement programs.- Comply with all policies and standards.- Ensure materials received and used in the Pilot Plant meet specified standards.- Perform identity tests and handle materials according to MSDS.- Execute lab/pilot experiments to validate engineering concepts.- Maintain inventory of Pilot Plant supplies and coordinate equipment repairs.- Keep all assigned Pilot Plant areas clean.- Properly label and store waste, moving drums as needed.- Use internal business systems to plan pilot work and improve processes.- Adhere to EHS, Quality, and regulatory guidelines.- Implement corrective actions to mitigate potential supply, production planning, EHS, or quality issues.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related technical field.- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.- Proficiency with Google Tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).- Fluent in English with effective oral and written communication skills.
