As Head of Digital you will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing our digital marketing and online initiatives to ensure that we meet our revenue growth targets. A critical thinker and business builder who understands the how to drive growth, continually improve performance and prioritises initiatives that accelerate AIGs Momentum.Job Responsibility- Follow up the sales performance of different retail stores in the Metropolitan area.- Ensure that the staff responsible for the areas involved in the sale of Extended Warranties, have the necessary knowledge to perform the sale of the same.- Provide Product and Sales Technique training, periodically in the stores of the Metropolitan area.- Participate in the National Training, either at a distance or in person.- Ensure that the stores in the Metropolitan area have sufficient supply of Terms & Conditions contracts and point of sale material.- Visit the corresponding stores at least once a week, 3 to 4 times a month, these visits will have, among other activities, feedback talks and establishment of sales commitment with... Managers, Chiefs and / or responsible for Electronics, white line and Sellers.- At least once a fortnight you will review with...
