Territory Account Manager 2

The Territory Account Manager II at Panduit is responsible for promoting company products or services, achieving quotas, and managing a complex account base in a specific territory. This role involves leading business planning, expanding wallet share, and building strategic relationships within the partner ecosystem. The individual works independently, seeks managerial coaching for strengthening account positions, and provides insights for penetrating new accounts.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for revenue generation, identifying prospects, expanding offerings, and maintaining a consistent account pipeline.Utilizes CRM for account management.Cultivates trusted advisor status, manages the growth process, and collaborates with internal departments.Positions value propositions, ensures appropriate pricing, and drives customer mindset towards solutions.Maintains opportunity momentum, documents account plans, and forecasts business growth.Builds client executive relationships, aligns tactical activities with strategic plans, and manages channel conflicts.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Preferred Degree: Bachelor's degree strongly preferredExperience:5 to 7 years of independent outside commercial experience owning a portfolioKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:Strong understanding of products/solutions, competitive landscape, and effective positioning.Ability to penetrate different areas within an account, strong deal management skills, expertise in a specific vertical, and strategic stakeholder mapping.Understanding of organizational strategy and its integration into the commercial approach.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:Day Shift (Mexico)#J-18808-Ljbffr
