The Territory Account Manager II is responsible for promoting company products or services and achieving quota. This role involves managing a complex account base in a specific territory, leading business planning, and expanding wallet share.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for revenue generation, continuously scanning for prospects to achieve new growth, expanding offerings within the account, and populating account pipeline consistently and on a timely basis. (20%) Identifies, creates, and qualifies opportunities by assessing clients to determine feasibility for partnering. (15%) Cultivates and develops trusted advisor status, ensuring product or service value propositions align with customer needs. (15%) Positions value propositions to meet customer needs and communicates key competitive advantages. (10%) Maintains opportunity momentum to expand growth and documents account plans and business forecasts. (10%) Builds client executive business relationships to expand account penetration. (10%) Aligns tactical activities to support strategic business plans and manages any channel conflict that may arise. (10%) EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Preferred Degree: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred Experience: 5 to 7 years of outside commercial capacity, functioning independently owning a portfolio. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: Strong understanding of products/solutions within the specific Business Unit and competitive landscape. Ability to penetrate various areas within an account with different solutions or offerings based on business need. Strong deal management ability to outline challenges and develop alternative solutions to close deals. Expertise in a specific vertical may be beneficial. Ability to build strategic maps of key stakeholders. Demonstrates understanding of organizational strategy in the commercial approach. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Yes
