About the Role Are you ready to take the lead in one of our largest urban centers!?

As a Territory Lead for Uber Eats, you will be at the forefront of our commercial operations.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance operations and commercial acumen to build and execute a cross-functional strategy. You will guide your teams to achieve key goals and ensure operational excellence, continuously enhancing the experience for Eaters, Restaurants, and Delivery Partners. You will also champion the needs of your market.

What You'll Do Drive business growth and manage P&L outcomes for your market. Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve key objectives. Act as the commercial leader for your territory, creating the best merchant network in your region. Develop local expertise in merchant, courier, and eater supply and demand within a large and/or complex area. Lead a team of Commercial Leads, Sellers, and Account Managers to drive commercial strategy and priorities. Make decisions to provide the best selection and experience in your territory. Own the performance of all market sides (merchant, courier, and eater). Create a vision and strategy for winning CP1 in your city. Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders (product, finance, marketing, etc.). What You'll Need 7 - 10 years of experience in commercial roles, operations management, management consulting, strategy work in a large business, growing a startup, or similar experience. Ideally in a matrix structure. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from the ground up and scale with growth. Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking. Experience inspiring, mentoring, and supporting the growth of employees through inclusive and inspirational leadership. Comfort working in abstract environments and balancing competing priorities while maintaining team collaboration. Bachelor's Degree and strong people management experience. Preferred Qualifications Disciplined organizational and project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple processes and projects simultaneously. Creative approach that enjoys experimentation and is willing to take bold bets despite the risk of failure. Strong analytical thinking with outstanding Excel / SQL / data management skills.
