.What will you do as a Territory Manager (Mexico)?Are you looking for the opportunity to use your technical sales and relationship building skills to contribute to the growth of one of the leading 3D sensor companies?
Working closely with and reporting directly to the Regional Development Manager, the Territory Manager will be responsible for developing new business and creating sales opportunities while developing the LMI brand.
With a primary focus on business development, your role will include working with existing local channel partners and supporting them in developing key accounts as well as finding new business.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with others in our international sales team to learn about how our technology is utilized and sold into various applications, and how it is brought to market through our Applications group.This full-time position will be responsible for managing Distributor accounts and developing and managing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and System Integrator (SI) accounts.
The successful candidate will have strong technical background and a proven ability for developing excellent customer relationships to deliver value to our clients and our organization.Please note that this position will cover Mexico and can potentially grow into Central and South American regions.
The successful candidate would ideally be located in the Santiago de Queretaro, Mexico area.
Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara would also be considered.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain business relationships with local Distributor channel partnersSupport Distributor channel partners with business discussions and provide expertise on our products and applicationsDevelop new business relationships with key OEM and SI partnersWork with the Regional Development Manager on the strategic sales plan for your sales regionIdentify and prospect new leads and opportunities inside LMI's current markets as well as identify and develop new market applicationsInvestigate customer inquiries, propose appropriate solutions, obtain orders and conduct post-order follow-up in a timely mannerMaintain customer relations through an excellent attitude, strong technical knowledge, and efficient work practices.Establish relationships with professional associations, strategic selling business partners and other networking related avenues to increase awareness of LMI and seek new opportunities for business developmentProvide input when requested to help formulate the sales strategy and budgetMaintain a sales level that meets or exceeds the targets established between yourself and your Regional ManagerSales Process & Recording:Actively work leads from initial assignment to final outcome, maintaining the CRM with current information throughout this processProvide product/application recommendations to our prospects and clients
