**Job Description**:
Position Summary: The role would be responsible for Food Service channel for developing, planning and executing short to mid-term sales strategies and achieving all objectives including Net Sales, Trade and Delivered Margin for all brands under General Mills.
Core Responsibilities of the role:

- Net sales and gross margin for Food Service channel.
Team account profitability.
- Responsible for Sales Target and overall account targets
- Budget, monitor and achieve sales budgets
- Plan, implement and evaluate account plans with the goal of maximizing sales value and increasing new distribution points
- Aggressively prospect and grow Food Service customers base while maintaining and developing strong business relationships with existing customers and key decision makers
- Ensure all Accounts Receivables are collected promptly and have a healthy financial P&L of the respective account
- Track, control and manage effective and efficient use of trade funds
- Corporate Service event management and coordination
- Gather market, customers' and competitors' information in a principally right manner
- Participate and play a key role in Product/Demand and Sales/Marketing meetings
- Ensure timely submission of monthly management reports

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- +15 years of professional experience
- Experience in CPG (or related) industry
- Fluent in English, verbally and written.

Preferred qualifications:

- MBA is an advantage
- Proven track record of developing sales and strong customer relationships as well as developing and implementing trade initiatives
- Full understanding of respective market environment - Food Service
- Strong influencing skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
