Our offices are located at Ciudad de México.What role you will play in our teamResponsible for selling ExxonMobil products/services in an assigned territory portfolio and overall sales management of that portfolio.Responsible for learning and applying ExxonMobil sales processes, brands, products and techniques used to offer solutions to industrial customers to drive profitable growth.Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of sales planning and the ExxonMobil annual business planning processes with emphasis on profitable growth.Build a personal understanding of market conditions, competitor activity and emerging trends.Execute defined Marketing and Technical services programs.Key interface with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical and Operations.Location of the job is in Monterrey, Nuevo León.What you will doImplement local sales plan to meet annual Planning & Budget and marketing plan objectives.Remain fully abreast of market conditions, trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.Apply selling skills and consistently execute the sales processes such as sales pipeline management including regular analysis and follow up.Manage credit and pricing consistent with defined offer standards.Meet opex objectives for area of responsibility.Support Channel Partners (e.G. ExxonMobil Distributor) by providing sales pipeline coaching, account planning/management, and sell-out support to their staff.Effective and efficient use of internal expertise, e.G. ExxonMobil Operations, Customer Service, Field Engineering, Technology or Marketing resources to deliver customer valued solutions.Incorporate supply chain strengths in tactical account activities.Apply coaching and communication techniques to build positive relationships with channel partners and customers.About youSkills and Qualifications:Collaboration, Effective Communication and Focus on business value.Preferably Chemical Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or similar.Recent graduate, no previous experience required
