.Job Description**Who we're looking for**:- Tenacity, drive, and motivation to be a top performer who exceeds expectations.- Will to put a lot of energy to prospect and hunt on a daily basis, with a clear focus on New Business Pipeline Generation.- A great personality, we want you to bring your individualism to the team!- A relationship expert, someone who thrives on selling to C-suite and VP leaders.- Significant experience selling within the software industry, SaaS would be amazing!- A proven track record of consistently hitting targets resulting in success.- Highly skilled in delivering engaging virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes.**What you'll be doing**:- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis- Continually build pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities- Become an authority on Zendesk's products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers- Develop and manage relationships with prospects and accounts in the territory- Demonstrate and sell value to key partners within the accounts during fast paced as well as complex sales cycles- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce**What you bring to the role**- Experience selling to director/VP level leaders- 4+ years of software selling experience; SaaS experience preferred!- 2+ years outbound prospecting experience a plus- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Track record of success selling into Commercial companies- Technically savvy; detailed understanding of a related technology- Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills- Every high-tech sales role requires hard work, commitment, energy, enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and positivity coupled with many other "right behaviors" which ultimately come down to being a person of integrity.- Willingness to travel**Where We Work**:Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).Zendesk believes in offering our people a fulfilling and inclusive experience.
