.We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our sales team, covering CDMX, state of Mexico, Hidalgo, Guerrero, Morelos, Puebla, Tlaxcala states. This position provides a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our rapidly growing global organisation by expanding our market presence and driving sales success.Your impact and responsibilities As our industrial salesperson for the T6 Central Mexico territory, you will play a critical role in expanding our presence in Mexico by executing our sales strategy and building a strong partnership. You will be our dynamic local Business Developer, providing education and promoting our solutions, researching the market and generating projects for our partners. Your main objective will be to increase sales in your territory by working closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and facility owners. You will demonstrate a hunter´s mentality to find opportunities and a competitive desire to win.Your responsibilities will includeAll development and commercial activity in the assigned territory, with primary and vital sales tasks such as prospecting, visiting clients, requesting and sending quotes, communication with the technical department, tracking quotes, deal closing and post-sales.Identify, evaluate and incorporate new contractors, manufacturer representatives, consulting engineers, and wholesalers to expand our network.Review projects in your territory, coordinate with the Inside Sales team and clients to ensure smooth sales execution.Actively participate in local industry events, with trade shows/exhibitions to promote our solutions and foster valuable connections.Maintain and update critical information daily in our CRM system (Pipedrive) for effective sales tracking and reporting.You will be part of an experienced team that represents a strong brand within the HVAC industry.
